"We recently had water softener and drinking water systems installed for our home. The representative was thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. He was open and patient with our questions and did not exert pressure for an immediate decision. The installation technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently and thoughtfully. They were friendly, easy to talk with, and experienced about the systems. Their answers to our questions were thorough and very helpful! Due to an unforeseen development, the installation required a second visit. Installers were thoughtfully courteous in advising us of a delay in arriving, and in identifying and rectifying an unintended miscalculation in the previous install. Our interaction with the office staff continued the relaxed, friendly, pleasant, and informative manner in which this company does business. Thanks so much for bringing back common courtesy and friendly service - what a bright spot these days!!! High praise all around!"

"Rainwater of Grandview is a grand slam! Todd reached out to me as a new homeowner. Tested my well water with me for impurities and minerals. Explained in detail the science behind the testing and the solutions he could offer, and then "the guys" shocked my well and had it tested (it passed with flying colors), then installed the softening system. All went quickly, smoothly, and without any drama. Later, Rainwater followed up on an unrelated request I made of them as a courtesy to me. I couldn't be happier with their service and their bedside manner."
